Caring Instructions

To keep your Esther Collective item looking fresh and lasting longer, it's important to take proper care of it! Wash it in cold water (30°C) with a mild detergent—harsh chemicals like bleach can mess with the print and embroidery. When drying, air drying is best, but if you're using a machine, stick to a low heat setting to avoid shrinkage. If your item needs ironing, turn it inside out and use a low-temp setting (below 110°C), placing a cloth over the design to protect it. Taking care of your piece properly helps keep the colors vibrant, the fabric soft, and the embroidery in top shape so you can enjoy it for a long time!

1. Subscribe Online
Signing up is simple! Visit our website, choose your subscription plan, and complete your order. You can select:
- Monthly Subscription – Pay per month, cancel anytime.
- 3-Month Subscription – Pay upfront for 3 months and receive the Esther Folder for free! (For a limited time)
- 6- Month Subscription – Pay for 6 months upfront and enjoy 10% discount.
Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your subscription details.
2. Payment & Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month.
3-month and annual plans are one-time payments that renew only if you choose to continue.
You can update your payment details or cancel your subscription anytime through your account on our website.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Boxes ship out on the 1st of each month.
Orders placed before the 15th of the month will receive that month’s box.
Orders placed after the 15th will start with the following month’s box.
We offer nationwide shipping, and tracking details will be provided once your box is on its way.
